At The Cashmere Sale, we want you to love your luxury knitwear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent pilling or damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the cashmere, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
